Dr. Wilder Joins Advanced Rehabilitation

Advanced Rehabilitation is Excited to Announce the Addition of Dr. Dorea Wilder to the South Austin Chiropractic Team

Dr. Wilder treats her patients with chiropractic adjustments along with the Active Release Technique.

AUSTIN – June 25, 2012 – Dr. Dorea Wilder will be joining the south Austin chiropractic team of Advanced Rehabilitation. Wilder comes to the team with a bachelor’s degree from Chapman University in Orange, CA., and her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, CA.

Dr. Wilder volunteered nearly two years of her time to the development of chiropractic methods and provided analysis and chiropractic spinal adjustments to thousands in third-world countries including Bolivia (South America) and Ghana (West Africa). She practiced for three years in Southern California before returning to her home state of Texas to join us here in Austin.

She is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a certified provider for Active Release Technique (ART®) in the upper and lower extremities. Dr. Wilder is also certified in Trigger Point Performance. She integrates methods such as ART®, physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments and nutrition to get the professional athlete or the athletic professional back into motion and functioning at their optimal level.

When Wilder is not consuming green vegetable drinks, you can find her running on the greenbelt, hiking, swimming, riding her bike, taking a yoga class or spending time with friends and family. She loves to travel, surf, hike, rock-climb and snowboard. You can schedule your appointment with Dr. Dorea Wilder at our Westgate location by calling 512-467110 or by visiting our website Austin chiropractor.
